Blindside was developed by David Beumer through years of research, education, and personal experience leading teams in both small business and corporate settings. Discovering that effective leadership is a learned skill and only obtained through having a firm understanding of ones-self. These skills impact every area of our life and determine the quality of every relationship we are engaged in. Great organizations, great teams, and great people are built one relationship and one conversation at a time.
Our Vision
Our vision is to close the gap between Business strategy and People strategy. We believe that these two strategies do not have to be at the expense of one another. We are committed to helping companies become clear on their vision and to intentionally place the right people in the right seats creating alignment for the future. In turn creating an optimal environment for both people and business.
